1.0Beware! The photos in the listing must be from when the RV was brand new. It looks nothing like the photos. I took this RV off the lot because I was going to be celebrating my son‘s birthday out of town and my plans depended on having an RV. I was unable to get anything else last minute as this was during spring break. I turned around before I even got home from renting the RV because the spare tires that were placed on it (which the owner claimed Outdoorsy had replaced that morning) were making the RV incredibly unsafe to drive. The owner claimed that he wasn’t receiving text messages via the Outdoorsy platform and chose to text message me directly via phone. When I let them know, I was on my way back to take the RV. He completely understood or so he seemed to be understanding. He acted like he was hoping that outdoors he would help us with our credits, but he would not cancel our reservation. We rented from Outdoorsy before and had no problem and received clean and safe RVs. This every single seat in this vehicle was deteriorated and some were covered with pet covers or cheap fleece from Michael’s. This RV should not meet Outdoorsy‘s standards and I do not suggest renting it.

5.0Wonderful experience! This was our first time going on an RV trip and it was definitely worth it. Picture is from Ocean Grove RV Resort in St Augustine. They had all amenities, restaurants, pool, and we were by the ocean as well so perfect for our first trip! The best part was Jorge and this RV. He was kind, courteous, accommodating, and a few other positive adjectives! The vehicle is in great shape and provided everything we needed. The RV providers through outdoorsy have tasks to follow and perform to make sure users are taken through the vehicle and it's operation. So this process was quick and easy and everything was explained and all questions answered. We then had a problem with a hose and Jorge responded immediately and took care of it and made the issue a non-issue. It is amazing to run into problems on a trip and have them squashed immediately so that they don't even matter! I can't say enough about Jorge and this RV and would 100% highly recommend! Thank you so much for everything!
