Renter should bring what they'll need for blankets, cookware and utensils. We do provide everything the trailer needs to be fully hooked up along with a supply of RV Toilet paper and waste tank chemical.Prep fee includes preparing, cleaning, and sanitizing the unit.If unit is brought back excessively dirty on the inside or out there will be a 100$ charge against your deposit for a cleaning fee.If windy, please do not use awning, Any damaged incurred during your reservation you agree to cover the cost of the repair or replacement.Generator is offered but only of purchased as an addon.1) If smoking is detected,
