Beth consistently provides quick responses, clear instructions, and helpful assistance for guest questions and minor issues. However, one guest reported a severe sanitation problem where effective solutions or guidance were not provided.
Easy to Drive and Maneuver
Guests praise the van's smooth driving, easy maneuverability, and spacious layout. It features reliable solar power, comfortable beds, and full kitchen amenities. However, common issues include a cracked windshield, non-functional AC, general wear, and a lack of grey water tank. One instance included an unsanitary and broken toilet upon pickup.
