• Excessive cleaning fee - If the trailer comes back excessively dirty we will charge an additional $100 fee on top of the base cleaning feeNo smoking - Please no smoking in the trailer at any point. If a significant smoke smell is detected after the trailer is returned we reserve the right to retain the security deposit in order to deep clean the trailer and remove any smoke odor.Dump fee - We ask renters to please dump and flush the black and gray water tanks prior to return. Instructions are located inside rental manual provided. $100 fee if not emptied.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I can drop off and set up the trailer for you on most Thursdays / Fridays and set up for the delivery fee.
Q.Do you supply a hitch if we need to tow?
A.
Yes! I will supply the hitch and distribution sway bars. This trailer tows like a dream with this setup, but you MUST have experience with towing. My truck is slightly lifted so the hitch may not be 100% level with your truck. If we need to change the height, I will charge extra to accommodate.
