• Dump grey/black tanks before return unless you’ve purchased the dump service at $75. Tanks returned full without the add-on incur a $150 fee.
• Return the RV in broom-clean condition: trash removed, dishes washed, surfaces wiped. Excessive mess may result in a $150 cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside the RV. Violation results in a $300 fee.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $250 fee.
