1.0Very strange that we dealt with Jeff's agents to drop the RV off. We were unaware that we weren't meeting Jeff until we arrived. We went over everything with the agents they advised us that everything was fine with the RV. Unfortunately a truck lost it's load into the side of the driver's door on the freeway 30 miles before we were due to drop off the RV. We were going to tell Jeff this on drop off but told the agents instead. Who felt it wasn't a major considering the rest of the state of the RV. The RV was in our opinion not roadworthy or safe for a 6,000 mile hire. We had to replace a crumbling suspension bush just out of Chicago.
