One King bed, two double bunk beds, a pull out couch and single bed loft. LED TVs, fireplace, mid-size refrigerator, kitchen island, 2 recliners, indoor and outdoor radio and speakers, recessed LED lighting throughout, solid surface countertops, spacious living room, air conditioner, tinted privacy windows, large closet and tons of storage, toy hauler garage and a 100 Gallon Freshwater tankIncludes: plastic utensils, plastic cups, paper plates, paper bowls, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. We provide one full set of bedding with two pillows for the master bed. We also provide two bath towels. Additional linens available.Also includes: Air conditioning, shower, sinks, toilet, hot water heater, propane, stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven.Please see add-on options for additional items available for rent.Delivery is available upon request and approval. If you would like to pick up the unit, a standard fifth wheel hitch or gooseneck with proper adapter is required. A $2,000 deposit is required which is fully refundable damage deposit.
