This is a professionally converted medium roof 2019 Ford Transit. People taller than 5'8" would need to slouch, however it feels spacious for those shorter. The van has a stove, refrigerator, Espar heater, trash can and multiple storage areas in the kitchen area. There is a large sink with electric water pump, a 6 gallon fresh water tank with a 6 gallon grey water jug all in a custom built mahogany cabinet with sink cover. The electrical system consists of a solar charger, B2B charger, 2 100 AH lithium ion batteries, battery and solar monitors, 295 watts of solar panels, 1200 watt inverter, and multiple USB, 110 V, and 12 V outlets. The electrical is housed in the base of a bench that converts to a twin sized bed. There is a a closet area with hooks and cubbies behind the back curtain and storage under the bed next to the electrical. The van has a marine grade floor, wallpaper, artwork, a mirror, and stainless steal backing over the stove. There are window covers and privacy curtains. In the winter, the van has Hercules studded tires and chains. Even though the van is not AWD, it handles well when equipped with the right gear. In the summer, the sink faucet can be used as an outdoor shower. The van also has two Maxx air fans to keep things cooler in the summer. What's includedFresh linens, propane, chairs, fire extinguisher, medical kit, cleaning products, cooking equipment and essentials, snow chains, tow rope, 5 gallon cassette toilet, toilet deodorizer, and towels.RecommendationsI'd recommend checking out the world class ski resorts in our area in the winter and enjoying the plethora of public lands, national and state parks, and Lake Tahoe in the summer. Other things to notePlease, be mindful of the height. If you are over 5'8" you will likely be slouching. Pets are welcome! This van has a great electrical system that's perfect for charging laptops and running small devices, but please note there are many devices that require more than a 1200 watt inverter. The water is small and would require participation from the renter to maintain on longer trips. The water system is very easy to maintain and accessible.

I am stoked to being diving back into my music and living in Reno again where I have most of my friends. I love the outdoors and lived 3 years in this van up in Truckee. It is an incredible little home!
