The trailer is in pristine, perfect condition with everything working. It includes comfy beds, a cold fridge, extra bedding/towels, and all necessary accessories/tools. Guests noted easy towing with a V6 Tacoma.

We welcome your fur baby! You are responsible to ensure there is no damage to the trailer. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the trailer at ANY time. Damage or excessive pet hair will require additional cleaning costs, please clean up after your pet.
We do not allow any smoking, vaping or drug use in or around the travel trailer. Strictly prohibited! Please respect our policy. If there is any sign of smoking, vaping or drug use the entire deposit will be forfeited.
You must have prior trailering experience and vehicle that is equipped to tow this rig. If you do not have experience, we are happy to deliver and set up the trailer within 40 miles for a fee.
Please empty and flush black and grey water tanks before returning. Tank pods are provided. If tanks are not dumped, there is a $75 fee charged upon return.
If you take the trailer to a festival or event, including tailgating, a higher damage deposit will be required upon booking.
