2019 Dutchmen-Aspen Trail

1. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in or within 10ft of the trailer. This includes vapes, cigarettes, etc. If smoking has occurred, or if the trailer smells strongly like smoke (non-campfire), there will be a $250 cleaning fee charged. 2. NO PETS of any kind are allowed in the trailer. This includes, dogs, cats, ESA animals, etc. If we find excessive pet hair or pet stains in the trailer a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. 3. The renter is responsible for dumping the trailer. (This does not apply to delivery only renters). If the trailer is returned un-dumped, a $150 dumping fee will be charged. 4. The renter is responsible for cleaning the trailer after use. This includes stripping the beds of sheets, wiping down counters, sweeping, and emptying the trailer of trash, food, and belongings. If the trailer is not properly cleaned before returned, a $200-$250 cleaning fee will be charged. 5. If there are damages that don't warrant an insurance claim to the trailer, we will hold the deposit for 30 days while we get quotes for the damages. Damages will be handled on a case by case basis. 6. Early pick-up and late drop-off will be charged $30 dollars. If picked up within 2 hours before or after pick-up and drop-off times, no excess fee will be charged. If renter does not communicated that they will be earlier or later than listed time, the $30 fee will be charged, even if it is within the 2 hours around pick-up and drop-off times. Pick up and drop off times are at 1pm Boise time. 7. Renters that are renting the trailer for longer than a week, going tailgating, or going to a festival are required to purchase the essential or premium insurance. 8. Climbing on the roof is not permitted.
