There are a lot of things included and don't want you to pack or plan for items we might already have covered, saving you lots of prep time and money! CheersWe'll include the New Anderson Ultimate 5th wheel hitch at no additional cost.If you have a 2500 3/4 ton or a 3500 1 ton truck with a gooseneck ball prep, 7 pin receptacle for trailer lights and breaks, we shouldn't have any issues attaching our 5th wheel to your vehicle, just Make sure you have the 2"5/16 ball.As for everything else we've got you covered! Bedding, toiletries, towels, blankets, pots, pans, kitchen wear, seasonings and utensils.
A coffee maker, toaster, blender, and waffle iron will also be available during your stay.Since it is a Toy Hauler we are also including an Air compressor in the utility cubby for your convenience.Our Trailer comes equipped with a 25 gallon fuel station that you can use to fuel your toys. Just an FYI the generator also works off the fuel station so plan accordingly if you will be dry camping "No Hookups" and needing to run the generator for power.Our trailer is equipped with dual sofas opposite one another there will be plenty of added space to hang out, and it provides extra sleeping for family or friends. They can fold down forming a queen bed. You will love the convenience of the side man door in the cargo and the twin loft bed that overlooks the interior will be a favorite of the kids.
Step inside the unit using the main entry or through the cargo area. The combined living and kitchen space has dual slide outs which provides even more room inside. There is a slide out sofa that is 97" long. It has a window for the perfect view outside, and a dinette table convenient for meal time too. A large entertainment center is nearby and features a LCD Hdtv for your enjoyment with a Bose Sound Bar and Subwoofer to enhance your movie night experience. Pair the sound system with bluetooth and vibe with your favorite artists.The counter peninsula provides plenty of space for food prep and there is even an extension on the end. The double kitchen sink is also located in the counter peninsula with a slide out directly behind it. The slide features a three burner range, pantry and refrigerator, plus microwave oven. There is a second pantry conveniently located off to the side of the slide.Step up to a side aisle bath and front private bedroom. The bath features a toilet, sink and tub/shower with skylight. If you are hooked up to sewer during your stay don't leave holding tank valves open. Only open valves when tanks are full then close them. If you just leave the valves open it can allow build up causing the tanks to not properly drain or get backed up resulting in damages and unnecessary fees.
Always drain the black tank first the close valve and drain both gray tanks. This allows the gray water to rinse out the wast in the sewer hose from the black tank.

Before departing please do a thorough walk through/inspection inside and outside the rig to insure everything is ready for travel.
Inside Walk Though: all windows are closed, both roof vents are closed, both TVs are pushed back and secured against the wall with straps, shower door is secured and latched, interior garage, bathroom, and bedroom doors are closed, and any other adjustments you see necessary for safe, secure travel.
Outside Walk Through: Make sure the awning, all 3 slides, front and rear jacks are all retracted.
Verify that the power cord, water hose, sewage hose, are all disconnected.
Both steps for the front and back door are folded up and pushed into place.
The rear garage ramp/door is shut and both latches are properly secured.
All storage doors are closed, latched, and locked.
Please take your shoes off on carpeted areas.
Be mindful of leaving lights on to help maintain battery life.
Weather you are dry camping or are using full hookups try to respect the amount of resources you'll be using.
Try to be efficient with your water usage when dry camping. RV is equipped with 106 gallons of fresh water.
While washing dishes be efficient so gray holding tanks don't fill during your trip and same with showering. The sower head has a valve you can turn on and off to help limit your water usage.
Try not to slam doors when entering and exiting the RV.
Please treat our RV with love and respect, it really means a lot to our family.
