Our cozy trailer is the ideal home away from home for families who want to get out for an adventure while also being able to enjoy a modern and fully-equipped setup. The large slide out creates an open concept space for entertaining the whole family. The private front bedroom contains a queen sized bed that has an upgraded memory foam mattress. The bunks in the back are full size. The table and the couch both fold down into sleeping areas as well. The bathroom does have a tub/shower combo that has been very useful with the little kiddos. The trailer has a bluetooth speaker built in that plays music inside and outside. Our trailer really is the perfect, most comfortable set up for anyone looking for a good adventure. • Please wash all used dishes thoroughly, wipe down surfaces, and remove all trash and belongings. Trailer must be returned reasonably clean inside & out.
• It is required that you dump all the sewage tanks and fill the propane tanks prior to bringing it back unless otherwise specified in the add-ons. Failure to do so will result in keeping a portion of deposit.
• Adhere to the check in times unless prior arrangements made. We can be pretty flexible if planned ahead.
• Respect the trailer capacity.
• DO NOT EXTEND AWNING IF THERE IS ANY WIND AND ALWAYS CLOSE IT BEFORE LEAVING THE TRAILER.
• Immediately report damages or issues so we can address them promptly.
• Conserve energy when appropriate.
• No smoking in the trailer, this is strictly prohibited.
• Please do not leave pets unattended in trailer unless in kennel. Excessive pet hair removal is not included in cleaning and prep fee.
• Avoid leaving food and remains that attract wildlife and pests.
• Don't leave fires unattended, especially near the trailer itself.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage surfaces/plumbing systems.
• Please do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper that we provide.
