Great floor plan, sleeps 4 comfortably but could also use the folding down dinner table for another bed. 2 indoor televisions and an outdoor entertainment center with outdoor kitchen. Plenty of storage. Includes propane outdoor firepit. No need to haul firewood. This Firepit makes a great fire.What's included• Plates, bowls, utensils, napkins, paper towels

Hello, my name is Debra, and I love the outdoors. I work remotely so I got my RV in hopes that I would be able to work remotely from it and go to many beautiful places. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do much of that yet. Rather than my RV sitting idle on my RV pad, I decided to share it with others. Other families that can use it and enjoy all the beauty that California has to offer. I enjoy meeting new people and go the extra mile to ensure that my clients have a complete understanding of how to operate the RV. I take the extra time to explain all the details to ensure my clients are comfortable before they hit the road. Taking an RV out to the great outdoors is such a fun and relaxing experience and I hope to pass this experience on to you. There's so much beauty in California. I'm positioned 2 hours away from Lake Tahoe, 2 hours away from the beautiful Pacific coast where there are many places to stay. Message me if you would like to know more.
