2014 Heartland Road Warrior Toyhauler. 10 ' garage for hauling 2 full size baggers or a side by side. The two beds in the garage are comfortably sleeping 2 in each bed. The bottom bunk can be converted to a dining table . We have an extra cabinet in the garage for helmets. Straps and so forth.
The living area (huge slide out) has a very comfortable leather couch, 4 door fridge ,( its Huge) , 3 burner stove, double sink with covers to provide extra counter space and oven. We also have a big TV in the living room for cold or rainy days. The bathroom has a tub which is great for kids. Porcelain toilet good size sink and has lots of storage. The bathroom itself its above average size.
There is a loft in the living area good size for two kids (has safety railing) and ladder to get up there.
Master bedroom, new memory foam queen mattress - also a big slide out. Tons and tons of storage. Nightstands on each side of the bed and again a big TV.
Overall this Toyhauler is very spacious and very comfortable.
Has ample storage outside, outside shower, fuel station for the toys and a super quiet Onan on board generator. What's includedWe will have extra blankets, 4 chairs and a foldable table for your use. All the beds will have fresh bedding the day you take it incl pillows . We will have 8 plates, silverware for 8 , cups, bowls, coffee maker and toaster in the trailer . I have pots and pans in there but make sure these are to your liking or bring your own. RecommendationsWe will have both propane bottles and generator full - unit needs to returned the same way . Water storrage will be empty for easier towing . The black and grey water tanks will need to be completely emptied BEFORE unit is returned. Other things to noteWe will allow WELL BEHAVED dogs as we have dogs on our own but you will be fully responsible for any damages your pet may leave behind.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN OUR UNIT.
Also we don't allow this unit to be taken to concerts or festivals .
If sewage water tanks are not emptied before you return the unit we will charge a $75 fee and if the propane bottles and generator are not refilled an additional $75 fee taken out of your deposit.
