Our Jayco is light enough to tow behind a mid-sized SUV yet it packs the space and capabilities of a 25' trailer. Both the front and back open to create two king-size private bedrooms suitable for sleeping two adults. The sofa folds flat to sleep 1-2 children and the table can be removed and used to create a bed for another 1-2 children (5' tall or so would be most comfortable without sleeping on a diagonal). For those who are so inclined, the trailer has a smart TV and stereo with DVD player. We have a collection of DVD's and the smart TV is logged into YouTubeTV (live TV), Hulu, Netflix, Hbomax, Amazon Prime and Spotify. The stereo plays in and outside the trailer. The trailer's systems are simple enough for a novice to operate and we have a binder with all the information you'll need if you have any questions. A weight distribution hitch is available to make sure towing is a breeze. We take pride in ensuring the details are taken care of so your trip will be effortless. Here are the extras we provide:
- We'll go over everything you need to know at the key exchange and take the time to answer all your questions.
- Battery will be fully charged
- Tire pressure will be checked prior to arrival
- Refrigerator will be stabilized and cold prior to arrival
- Regardless of rental length, you'll have a minimum of roughly 6 weeks' propane in the tanks. Both tanks will be completely filled during the winter months or if reserved for more than 2 weeks.
- We can load groceries for you the day prior, availability permitting (Have groceries delivered to us and we'll load them in the pre-cooled fridge)
- Generator will be fully fueled if selected
- Water tanks will be full if desired
- Dumping is available after the trip
What's includedThe trailer comes with dishware for 4 people. We also have coffee mugs, a pour-over coffee maker and a french press. Paper towels, cloth dish/hand towels, and toilet paper are also provided. We also have shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap in the bath area. If you need something else, let us know and we'll figure out how to have it there.RecommendationsThere are so many great outdoor adventures to be had in our area. Pick a direction... We love going north to Shasta, south to Yosemite, east to Tahoe or west to the beach and the redwoods. If you're new to the area, let us know and we'll happily share our best spots!

Eric was a nice host, very accommodating and helpful during pickup and drop off. He helped us understand the rig and hook it up appropriately to the car.

Eric was a fantastic host! He took the necessary time to not only verbally explain how everything worked on the trailer but also helped us connect everything correctly to have a safe trip. The camper is quite roomie and felt comfortable when going to bed. It was quite easy to tow the trailer and we appreciated Eric’s prompt reply to set up a pick up and drop off time.

Rules and policies
We're pretty flexible on just about anything except smoking. No smoking inside the trailer. We ask that you let us know ahead of time if you're planning on bringing a pet, going to the beach or doing any other sort of activity that might result in unusually large amounts of dirt in the trailer. We're good with some extra dirt, we just need to alert our cleaning crew to give them time to take care of it for the next renter. The best way to do that is to select the appropriate add-on. If we don't know about it ahead of time, we may have to charge up to 50% extra to rush the extra cleaning. The gray and black tanks must be empty on return unless tank dumping is selected in the add-ons. Unemptied tanks without prior notice require us to scramble to be ready for the next renter and incur a $200 charge.

Hi there! I’m an outdoors-loving host who’s always up for an adventure and excited to help others enjoy the camping life. We originally purchased our trailer to make great memories with family, but it’s been just as much fun sharing it with fellow adventurers. Our trailer has traveled tens of thousands of miles with guests—visiting everywhere from the beaches of San Diego to the forests of Vancouver, the mountains of Montana and the deserts of New Mexico. It’s been a joy to see the amazing places people take it. Whether you’re new to towing, camping, or just want a few tips, I’m here to help and happy to share recommendations for some of the best campsites in Northern California or (very far) beyond. Don’t hesitate to reach out!
