2019 model! Sleeps 6. Private Queen size walk around master room with memory foam topper, lcd tv, dvd, indoor/outdoor speakers, Bluetooth stereo, indoor/outdoor shower, indoor tub, full kitchen. Has central vacuum, power awning with LED lights, lighted stairs, power jack and stabilizers, etc.Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed. This is a clean camper and we would like to keep it that way.Contract details below:$150 if black or grey tanks aren’t dumped
$50 laundry fee (if you request to use our towels/bedding)
$50/hr cleaning fee if returned dirty
$50 propane fill each tank if not replenished before return
