RULES FOR THE ROAD 2022 Winnebago Adventurer 27N – Owner’s Policies DRIVING & OPERATION Drivers must be 25 or older with verified license and insurance. Stay on paved or well-maintained roads only. No off-roading, beaches, or unpaved surfaces. Roof access is prohibited. Any evidence of roof damage will result in full repair liability. The RV is 12 feet 4 inches tall — always check bridge and tree clearance. Towing is not allowed without written approval. Maximum towing capacity: 5,000 lbs. Always use Tow/Haul mode on steep grades or when descending hills. Secure all cabinets, drawers, and items before driving. CLEANLINESS & CARE No smoking or vaping inside the RV. Use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided). Remove trash, clean dishes, and wipe down counters before returning. Tanks must be emptied before drop-off or a $100 dump fee applies. Avoid tracking in sand or mud. Clean any spills immediately. POWER & GENERATOR USE Four (4) hours of generator use per day are included. Additional hours billed at $5/hour. Never operate the generator while fueling or when the RV is unattended. Use 50-amp shore power when available for full A/C capacity. Turn off major appliances before starting or stopping the generator. FUEL & RETURN CONDITIONS Gasoline only. Using diesel will cause serious engine damage. Return fuel at the same level as when received. Propane must be refilled before return or refueling fee will apply. Report any mechanical issues or warning lights immediately. PET POLICY Pets allowed only with prior approval. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. All evidence of pets must be cleaned before return or a $100 cleaning fee applies.
