The van was perfect for our family trip to Olympic National Park. We all had a blast! Everything worked as expected, and Nick was very responsive. This was our first experience with a camper van (and Outdoorsy), and we were a little nervous. But the van was easy to drive, clean, and comfortable. The van is loaded with features, and it is very cleverly designed. It's super convenient that the van fits in a regular parking spot, and it's such a luxury to be able to bounce from campground to campground without having to breakdown and set up a tent each time. Also, having a fridge beats hauling around a cooler. My only minor complaint is the van gets a bit noisy driving on the highway. On our return trip, we hit some rainy weather, and Nick was generously flexible with our drop off time. It was totally worth it for this type of family road trip.

We had a fantastic experience renting this camper van! The owners were wonderful to work with—communication was quick, friendly, and clear from start to finish. They arrived exactly on time for drop-off, took the time to walk us through everything, and made sure we felt comfortable before we hit the road. The van was the perfect home base for our Oregon adventure and was well-equipped for everything we needed. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck on the trip and returned the van with a chipped windshield from road debris and a broken table. We felt terrible, but the owners were incredibly understanding, responsive, and solution-oriented throughout the process. They handled everything professionally and with kindness, which made a stressful situation much easier. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great camper van experience. We've already recommended the van to three of our close friends taking trips this summer! Thank you for helping make our trip such a memorable one!

Host put hidden AirTag without disclosing. Host entered van prior to return (we were packing up while parked) without knocking (I was in the middle of dressing my daughter). Kitchen was not cleaned (sink or stove). Host advertised delivery, which we booked in March. They waited until May-2 months after I booked and 2 weeks prior to our reservation-to tell us that they could not deliver. At that point it was too late to find another van so I had to spend 3 hours for pickup and delivery. They seemed quite unconcerned.

Van in amazing condition with all the amenities! Nick and Jess were very gracious hosts and I never felt silly messaging with them for instructions or steering on how to take care of the van on the road. They accommodated our last-minute request for bikes, which added a lot of joy to the trip, and were flexible when we needed to leave a couple of their van items with them in order to create more space. The only challenge was our very grumpy teething toddler. Children screaming in a small space can be tough. Thankfully there were lots of playgrounds and understanding parents nearby at the state parks we camped at. :) We had some incredible beach days and can't recommend renting from Nick and Jess enough. Thanks!!!
