The experience with the trip was good. The experience with the owner up until I drop the trailer off and left was good as well. After I left and after we did the final inspection he notified me that there was a broken molding piece that was missing. That was already missing when I picked it up and that there was a window frame broken and that we use the restrooms. I do not know anything about the window frame nothing was broken when I drop it off and the bathroom was not used except for Stepping in to use the mirror. Experience was nice until the very end

The owner didn't respond to me at all for more than a week when we had problems with the trailer. Somehow he gave me a wrong phone number which didn't help.
The problems included:
- The batteries failed to charge until we had to spend a night at a RV dealership parking lot and give them full charge from hookup.
- There seems to have been a fault in the tailer's electric brake system. I had to drive at 45 mph at most with safety concerns.
- There was an unidentified water leak. We had to refrain from using any water system in the trailer including the shower, the toilet, and the kitchen sink for the entire trip of 3 weeks in fear of further leak.
- The trailer was infested by moths. We caught more than 20 of them and eventually had to place moth balls.
- The tank level indicators weren't reliable at all. They indicated full even right after we dumped both grey and black.
- The owner didn't give us some of important information. For example he didn't tell me I had to turn on another switch in the heater to use the hot shower.
- The plastic lever of a window seemed to have already been broken (I saw a trace someone had tried to fix it) and the owner is trying to blame us. He is also blaming us for a crack under the Murphy bed which we aren't responsible for.
