• No pet fee! We welcome all furry friends, but please be mindful of dog behaviors so other guests can also enjoy undamaged goods and furniture in the trailer.
• No cleaning fee! We just ask guest to do their dishes and take out their trash. This helps us clean quickly and efficiently for future guests.
• A $75 dumping fee applies if guests prefer not to do it themselves.
