> Refrigerator and freezer inside
> 2 TV's.
> Interior and exterior speakers with selectable zones. This speaker will also hook up to your phones.

> Full bathroom (shower, toilet, sink)
> A/C and heat
> Sewer hose with adapters
> 4 Folding chairs
> Pots and pans
> 2 Cast iron pans
> Plates, bowls, and cups
> Cooking utensils and knives, forks, spoons.
> Cleaning supplies will be located under the kitchen sink
> Trash bags will be located under the kitchen sink
> Toilet paper (If you purchase toilet paper it must be RV toilet paper.)

Site must fit a 31 foot trailer, have a 30-amp hook-up, water AND sewer connections. This is non-negotiable. Other things to note> We do not allow pets in the RV.
> We do not allow smoking in the RV. If someone in your party will be smoking, please ensure that the smoke is not entering the RV.
