Review summary
Always responsive and helpful
Zach consistently receives praise for his prompt communication, responsiveness (often in minutes), and accommodating nature, helping guests with issues and last-minute rentals.
Easy driving, off-road capable
Guests praise its ease of driving and parking, smooth performance on highways, and capability for off-pavement adventures due to its lifted height and upgraded tires. It's a reliable workhorse, well-stocked with amenities like a fridge, fan, AC, and solar power.

5.0First time using Outdoorsy and we loved this van! Judy has her little quirks that come with any well loved rig but she has the things that matter - fridge, convenient fan and lights, cold AC, cotton sheets.. She's not fancy but she's steadfast. Just what we were looking for. Zach, the owner, was excellent. Pleasant, honest and prompt with communication. We'd rent again in a heartbeat.

5.0Zach was great at communicating! The van is older, but it is easy to drive and park. Stocked with everything that you would need for a road / camping trip. Very comfortable to sleep in, especially with the fan.

4.0zach is a great communicator and wants to make sure you have a good time. van is rough on the outside but very functional on the outside. the solar will keep the fridge, interior lights and your devices powered. van runs fine with power to.pass vehicles on the highway. there are a few minor quirks but they dont affect you getting out there.

5.0Very cool van conversion, definitely a rugged lived in vibe but capable of doing everything I needed! Took it down to Chula Vista for a camping trip and needed a comfortable place for my dogs while I ran a race, it was perfect! I really appreciate how stocked the van was! Full set of cookware, camping chairs, table, hammock and really comfortable bedding!
