There's also a gas furnace and two 30lb propane tanks on-board. Gas stove & oven as well as a gas/electric water heater.The large bonus room under the loft is great for storage. You could even put an inflatable mattress in there to sleep extra guests. We replaced one of the sleeper sofas with a work table so our kids could do their school work -- it's a great place to color or do other inside activities.Our family of 4 were "full-time RV'ers" for about 6 months in this rig, and it worked perfectly for us. We've settled down now in San Diego and would love for you to enjoy your next vacation in our 39-foot 5th wheel we used to call "home"!No additional charges for propane use or tank dumping. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, etc., and a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules.Important: This trailer is suitable only for camping in campgrounds with hookups (at least water and electric). A 50-amp site is highly recommended. Also, the trailer is 39 ft. long with slide-outs on Both sides so please be sure to book a large enough site. I unfortunately cannot accommodate requests for “boondocking” or dry camping (no hookups).
