- Long trips (over 3,000 miles): The renter is responsible for an oil change every 3,000 miles during the trip, at their own expense. Please use Full Synthetic at any licensed shop or quick-lube (like Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, etc).
- No Smoking in/around the RV. Please be courteous of next guests and keep a 25ft minimum distance as smoke can still enter the RV and linger. $250 penalty.

Review summary
Highly communicative and supportive
Owners are consistently praised for being responsive, communicative, patient, and thorough. They provide detailed demos, answer questions, and proactively address issues like smoke smell with solutions, ensuring renters are well-prepared.
Easy to Drive and Park
Many guests found the 18' vehicle super easy to drive and park, with good maneuverability and gas mileage, even for novices. It is generally clean, well-maintained, and equipped for off-grid use. However, some noted uncomfortable sleeping, limited storage, and a persistent cigarette smoke smell.
