Hi all! Welcome to our cozy, modern trailer! Our Rocky mountain edition has larger fresh water tank (80 gallons) and double insulated for cold weather with a more than sufficient propane heater, as well as higher ground clearance for slightly rougher terrain! Sleeps one couple on the master queen bed made by Serta, one child on the fold out couch, and a cozy couple or two small children on the dinette conversion. This trailer features one pop out, an outdoor slide out kitchen with sink and stove as well as awning, outdoor speakers and LED lights (which give it a relaxing touch!) Unit has solar panels installed. Generator available for dry camping upon request with additional fee. Pets are allowed with additional security deposit as well. We do require no festivals, no tailgating, no concerts, and no smoking please! This is not an income trailer; this is our weekend getaway that we would love to share the joy of, so we do ask that you please respect it. Delivery only. No towing allowed.
