2Upon pick up, the van was very dirty both inside and out. The gasoline tank was not full. The gray water tank was not empty and the toilet was also not empty. We discovered during our trip that the gray water value was broken. I had to empty the gray water tank by manuelly opening the value with my fingers. When we returned the van, very clean, full tank of gasoline, empty gray and black water tanks, I informed the host's son of the broken gray water value and told him that we found the value broken. Apparently he did not believe me. We are now dealing with their insurance claim. I find it strange that the host would see our return of their van is such good condition, much better then when they rented it to us and believe we would not tell them the truth. Sad.
