A brand new 2025 275Crxl is available for your adventures. This unit has only been used a few times for family trips. There is alot of room including a garage that will fit a 4 seat side by side. Garage depth is 14' and a max height of 74". Bathroom is large for your needs. Unit offers central air conditioning, furnace, a private master bedroom with a king size bed and a 42" TV. The main cabin offers a motorized queen bunk and a double couch dinette that also converts to a queen size bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Main cabin also offers a fire place for heat and a 42" TV for your comfort. Kitchen space offers a full refrigerator and freezer, stove, microwave, sink, and a Keurig. Kitchen countertop also offers LED lit countertops.
If you are not hauling toys or just want to enjoy sunshine, this unit also offers a convertible patio with a full patio surround for safety.
Solar panels installed to keep the battery charged and this unit offers a onboard generator. Fuel for the generator is not provided. The fuel tank is shared with a external pump to gas up all of your toys.

• Excessive cleaning will be charged a $250 fee
• Foul smells or odors upon return will be charged minimum $500 for cleaning and remediation
• Trailer septic tanks must be dumped. $75 fee for tanks not dumped.
• Any damages will be the renters responsibility.
• Must have a full size 3/4 truck to tow unit.
•Do not put fuel in the onboard fuel tank. You must purchase fuel package per day. Fuel package only covers generator use. Premium fuels are required by owner. Other fuels may damage the generator and it will be the renters responsibility for replacement.
• Do not use the awning in windy conditions. Damage to awning will forfeit complete deposit.
• Do not flush wipes, household toilet paper, foreign objects, or feminine hygiene products down toilet. Only use of supplied toilet paper permitted. Tank cleaning fee will apply.
•Do not force the motorized bunk unit. If the seat conversion section will be used for a bed, you must lower all legs to the ground before applying weight.
• Renter must understand how to raise and lower bed/seat sections before operating. Failure will cause damage at renters expense.
• If you are towing and delivering the trailer to your own destination, trailer must be brought back in a clean manner (standard camping conditions) and must not have mud, heavy dust, heavy sand, excessive bugs, etc. if trailer is brought back excessively dirty, a $250 fee will be charged.
• All desert campers are to be mindful of camp location to mitigate heavy dust in camper. Excessive cleaning fee may apply.
