Review summary
Consistently responsive, supportive, and kind
Jeremy is highly praised for being responsive, helpful, and accommodating, including providing ferry rides, detailed walkthroughs, and driving a replacement vehicle hours away for an emergency.
Easy to drive with vintage character
The vintage van is noted for its character, ease of driving, and cassette player. However, several guests reported significant functional issues like ants, non-working fridge/heater, leaks, cleanliness problems, and maintenance issues.

1.0Jeremy is super nice, but unfortunately the vehicle itself was quite a disappointment. When renting an older van we were expecting some "quirks" such as wonky cabinet closures, but our problems went beyond the age of the vehicle. The first problem we noted was a large number of ants. Early on on the trip we figured it was just a few and being a camper it was not shocking. However, as we stayed our first overnight and went to make food in the morning the ants were swarming in the cabinets, over the dishware, utensils, and sealed food containers. After 2 days of the mini fridge running with no problems using the propane the fridge stopped cooling overnight resulting in all our food coming back to room temperature. While the system turned on and seemed to stay on we simply could not trust it. The shower, once turned on it leaks extensively onto the floor from under the tub. When attempting to refill the clean water system, the tubing was not connected properly inside resulting in spilled water that we rushed to dry. There were other issues, but this is all I have space for. While Jeremy was very helpful and has a great attitude we had a terrible experience with this particular van.

5.0This RV had so much character and was extremely cozy. It was a blast to drive, the cassette tape collection was a nice touch! There were some quirks with getting the fridge started due to the van being vintage but Jeremy was very responsive and helpful with my questions. All in all a great rental. Thanks again!
