- no climbing on the roof/solar panels
- no smoking/vaping - deposit will be forfeited if evidence of smoking is found
- minimize super greasy/smelly cooking
- don't store fish and shellfish in fridge. We're trying to keep everything fresh for the next guest
- when van is in motion, fans should be closed and off, water pressure shut off
- purchase insurance package through Outdoorsy. If a renter is unable to get approved upon pick-up, typical cancelation fees will applyDogs allowed with pre-approvalUpon return:
- Fill the gas tank. If you are unable, we'll take care of it for the cost of gas plus $50
- Empty cassette toilet in appropriate location. If you are unable, we'll take care of it for a $100
- Empty grey water tank in appropriate location. If you are unable, we'll take care of it for $100
- Remove garbage and clean dishes. If you are unable, we'll take care of it for $100If an issue arises, please contact us before fixing the problem. During the rental, you are responsible for:
- ensuring the fluids are maintained
- tires are in good condition
We have a strict off-road policy. Authorized Driver(s) shall be permitted to drive on forest service roads and similar unpaved roads provided that: (1) Our vans are 2×4 and not intended, or allowed, to be used in a true off road setting, heavily wash boarded roads, or overgrown trails that may result in scratch damage to our vans. (2) If you are outside of the prescribed area, or are deemed to be on a non-approved road, all costs associated with towing, repair and damage to the van shall be borne by the renter. (3) Cascade Adventure Vans is the sole determinant of non-approved roads or other unapproved use of the vehicle. Shoulders, unimproved campsites, and any unpaved roads that are not forest service roads or of similar quality to forest service roads are generally non-approved and “use at your own risk”.

5Incredible van and awesome owners! This van has everything you need - no detail was overlooked in its construction or the additional amenities Todd & Merrily included. The bed easily fit me (5’10”) and my fiancé (6’2”) and was more than comfortable. There was plenty of storage for food and clothing for our ~10 day long trip. Todd & Merrily were excellent hosts and wonderful people. They provided thorough documentation of the van’s amities pre-trip and even had a handy hard copy of the van manual if any questions arose. This would be an excellent van for renters of any stage of familiarity with camper vans. I could not more heartily recommend this van and would rent it again it a heartbeat if we are ever back in the area.

5My experience with the RV was great! Merrily and Todd were very welcoming and helpful. Everything worked well, the pullout bed was fantastic, the outdoor shower was very convenient, and the ventilation fans were a very nice touch!

5Lucythelux campervan was everything we needed for a trip around the Olympic Peninsula. The campervan is outfitted with anything you may need. The size is pefect to fit into any parking lot along the way. Merrily was a pleasure to work with! We enjoyed the aeropress coffee maker and camp chairs every morning.

5This was our first time renting a camper van, and we loved it. The van had everything we needed, and we especially loved the outdoor shower. The bed was super comfortable, and it was a very smooth experience with the rental. Would highly recommend Merrily and Todd's van to others!

5The van was well appointed. Cozy bed, great ventilation, lots of power plugs in the right spot, lots of storage, well lit at night. We didn’t even need to plug in as it’s a solar rig. Drives smooth with enough power to get around mountain roads.

2 carry-ons easily fit into the garage area of the van. Large suitcases will also fit, but you will need to pick and choose which items to stow in the main part of the van.
