Review summary
Responsive, helpful, accommodating host
Kenneth provided helpful pre-trip reviews, quick communication, and accommodated last-minute bookings. He graciously waived fees after a mechanical issue, but one booking was canceled by the host.
Reliable drive, mixed condition
The RV generally drives well, with good AC/heat and is easily drivable. However, some units are noted as dated, with a duct-taped window, non-working awning, alignment issues, and a broken wiper.

5.0We rented an RV through Outdoorsy for our Thanksgiving trip to Pensacola, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Traveling with my wife and our five kids, we needed something spacious and comfortable—and this RV delivered perfectly. From the start, the rental process was smooth and straightforward. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and ready for the road. What impressed us most was how easily it fit our entire family. Everyone had enough room to relax, sleep, and enjoy the ride without feeling cramped. The trip itself was memorable. Having the RV allowed us to spend quality time together as a family, sharing meals, playing games, and making the journey part of the holiday fun. It gave us the freedom to travel comfortably and create lasting memories without the stress of juggling multiple vehicles or hotel rooms. We’re grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend renting through Outdoorsy to anyone planning a family trip. It made our Thanksgiving special, and we’ll definitely consider doing it again in the future.

3.0RV got us to our destination and back with no issues. Kenneth was very helpful with pretrip review and communication while on the trip. The RV is dated. A window is held together with duck tape and the retractable awning does not work. The RV pulls badly to the right side and needs to be realigned. I would say for the rental price the RV was good and did it's job for our trip.
