Rules and policies
We will meet with you the day of your pick-up and give you a thorough walk around to explain everything you need to know to fully enjoy 'Lucky Charm'.
The fuel tank will be FULL when you pick up the RV. You can refill prior to returning, or we can do it for free, you will only pay for the fuel you used, deducted from your deposit. Safety first, speeding back home to have time to refill prior to returning RV is not desirable.
Propane consumption for water heater, furnace and/or stoves is a flat rate of $10 one time fee.
The water and septic tanks will be empty when you pick up the RV. You must empty the tanks prior to returning, otherwise, we will do it for a $125 fee deducted from your deposit.
SUNPASS- If used during your travels, the toll fees will be deducted from your Deposit
Lucky Charm will be professionally cleaned prior to your pickup. RV must be returned clean, otherwise, we will add a one-time $200 cleaning fee to your rental, deducted from your deposit. It's your choice.
RV potable water tank will be empty upon pickup. If you would like a full tank of potable water (40 gallons) upon pickup, a $50 add-on can be applied to your rental, for your convenience.
We do not allow pets in the RV in consideration of other campers that may be allergic to pets. A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your Deposit if we detect pet hair or any other indication pets have been present in the RV during your rental period.
