• You will be required to sign our Supplemental Rental agreement upon pick up or delivery of van. We’ve put these rules in place to keep you safe and to help us maintain the van in great shape for the next adventurers. Thank you for treating it as if it were your own That agreement includes the following: Mandatory walkthrough at pickup, Valid driver’s license required, Renter responsible for checking clearance height, Renter responsible for proper use of van and pop top, required use of surge protector & water pressure regulator when plugging in (those are provided) Renter responsible for monitoring battery levels. Do not run high-draw appliances unless connected to shore power Prohibited Activities: No smoking. No Pets No roof access. No off-roading or driving on unmaintained roads. No burning candles inside. No shoes on beds or seats No subleasing or third-party use No drive thru or parking garages Other things to note: Gorge and local festivals, concerts and sporting events are ok, NO burning man festival No towing without pre- approval No one way trips without pre-approval Interior damage (e.g., upholstery stains, burns) will result in the fee of the cost to repair the damage. No cross-border travel Renter responsible for refueling vehicle upon return to full. If a guest puts the wrong fuel into the van, they will be subject to a fee of up to $10,000.00. No refund on early return of van, Late return will result in fee of $200 unless otherwise agreed upon, Van must be returned clean and tidy or extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to card on file If cassette toilet is not dumped before return a fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file, If the customer chooses to leave their personal car near the van’s designated parking place, Van owner will not be liable for any damage, theft, or anything else regarding their vehicle The customer agrees to cover all charges related to toll/bridge fees and traffic violations
