Not your typical pop up camper! This beauty draws attention everywhere it goes.Unlike most popup campers, Evo is a striking fun color, sits a lot higher off the ground than most popups and has a 84"x24" front cargo storage platform to hold all your gear (200lbs max).Sleeps 4-5 total (4 in tent beds and 1 comfortably, maybe 2, depending on if kids or adults in the convertible/fold down dinette).Evo has 30 amp electric hookup w/surge protector, 110 adapter (if needed), full-size propane tank (2nd also available for rent), fresh water hookup w/20-gal freshwater tank, 6 gal hot water tank and an outdoor shower as well as an an A/C unit for those muggy nights. Porta Potty and privacy tent available for rent if you are not going to a campground that has bathroom facilities.Evo is also equipped with a fridge, sink, 2 burner cooktop, freestanding countertop microwave and outdoor tabletop grill.Evo Does NOT have a grey water tank, rather a hose connection that runs directly to a campsites septic line. If your campsite does not have septic hookup, please "add ons" to rent the required grey water caddy.The trailer uses a 7-pin connection and requires a brake controller hard mounted or an app based brake controller. Your vehicle will need 2" receiver and hitch with 2" ball mounted at 20" from the ground. Hitch is also available for rent.And coming it at only 2,170 lbs. (dry wt), it can be pulled by many vehicle types. However, you are responsible to confirm your vehicle’s towing capabilities. Evo is a little over 16' long and 5' tall closed and a little over 21' long when open. Interior height when open is approx 6'6".Pickups can be arranged between 2 and 6pm, drop offs between 8am and noon. In add-ons we also offer early pick up (before 2pm) or late drop off (after 12pm) for a fee (see add ons). Since we are not a business, we do charge fees for late drop off if RV is returned later than what was agreed upon as we have to plan for this around our jobs. No exceptions.Allow approx 60 minutes at pick up for a walk around, general tutorial and paperwork and 30 minutes at drop off. Knowing it is hard to remember everything, we have labeled as much as we could and provide a detailed set of instructions to take with you.What's includedTo add to the enjoyment of your camping experience, we have equipped Evo with basic kitchen utensils (silverware, tongs, spatula), 1 fry pan, 1 sauce pan, 6 plates, 6 bowls, 6 cups, cutting mats, wine/bottle opener, can opener, pot holders and kitchen towels. Rules and policies
**No Pets (due to allergies), No Smoking, No Festivals or Tailgating, No climbing on roof, No off roading.
**Evo uses a 7-pin connection and requires a brake controller hard mounted or an app based brake controller. Your vehicle will need 2" receiver and hitch with 2" ball mounted at 20" from the ground.
**When frying/grilling foods (burgers, brats, bacon) or cooking anything that puts out a strong smell, please use the provided outdoor tabletop grill to minimize smells getting trapped in the canvas fabric of the popup camper or potential grease fire. Extra cleaning fee of $150 will apply otherwise.
**If overnight lows are 32 degrees or lower, to avoid damage to the RV, the freshwater and hot water tanks must be emptied and water hookup disconnected.
**"Evo" must be returned in condition provided with fresh and hot water tanks emptied. Otherwise, additional cleaning/service fees of $150 will be charged. Examples would include such things as muddy floors (due to muddy site), stains, dirty dishes, embedded fire smoke or food smells, dirty equipment, on board, water tanks not emptied, etc)
**Please wipe/wash off hoses, wheel chucks, bottom of containers, table feet, ground mats, etc. before putting things back in the bins and in the camper at the end of your camping adventure to avoid the extra cleaning fees.
**The grey water caddy must be emptied and hosed out prior to returning the RV. If not, a $50 dump fee will be charged.
**Since we are not a business, we must plan our personal and work schedules around your trip. A $100 fee will be charged if drop off is after agreed upon time. No exceptions.
**A $200 will be charged for dropping off the RV and leaving the RV abandoned and unattended or, leaving the campsite before we got there to take down the RV (delivery / pick up service) without going through the proper drop off return process with us. Other fees may still apply upon inspection of the RV (late drop off, cleaning fees, etc)

Since these are our personal RVs, and for allergy reasons, we do not allow pets.

Do you offer linens, pillows, blankets or sleeping bags?

We found over time guests want to bring their own vs use someone else's so we do not provide sleeping bags, linens, blankets, pillows, etc. Those you will need to pack with you. However, beds will be equipped with clean mattress protectors.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We both work regular jobs and this is a side thing we do with our personal RVs. We try to be as accommodating as possible. Pickups can be arranged between 2 and 6pm, drop offs between 8am and noon. The more advance notice the better chance we can make it work. In add-ons we also offer early pick up (before 2pm) or late drop off (after 12pm) for a fee. We do charge fees for late drop off if RV is returned later than what was agreed upon as we have to plan for this around our jobs. No exceptions.

Do you offer drop off / pick ups?

In general, yes. However, we both work regular jobs and this is a side thing we do with our personal RVs so our schedules might not always allow for this so we will do our best to work with you. The more advance notice and planning the better. There is a $75 minimum fee to do so and reservation will require a one time $50 set up and take fee (from the add on section at time of reservation or deducted from your security deposit after your trip).

Kerri’s husband, Doug, also an outdoors enthusiast, grew quite fond of the area too. Due to COVID we have been fortunate to move up to Grand Haven full time and decided to share our love for outdoor adventures with others by renting our camper. During Covid, camping has been a great way to still get away and keep distances from others. We have camped across the country numerous times....Smoky Mountains, Moab, Zion, Lake Powell, Yellowstone and Grand Tetons.
Besides our camper for rent, we also have property right on the Grand River that has been in the family for years that we spent the last 8 years improving.
