What's includedLet us know if you require linens, camp chairs, folding table and card games. garbage bags etc.Trailer does come with limited pots pans and small out door gas grill for bbq.We suggest you use paper plates disposable cutlery, and haul drinking water to conserve water when dry camping.The garage section of the trailer has plenty of space for a smaller side by side or multiple motorcycles and E bikes.There is a queen bed above the garage and you’re welcome to toss air mattresses under this bed to allow for additional sleep spaces to accommodate more guests. RecommendationsIt is recommended you bring paper plates and disposable cutlery to conserve water when dry camping.Even thought the unit has over sized tanks it’s surprising how mush water gets used while washing dishes and taking showers. So be cautious when dry camping.We suggest hauling drinking water to help conserve water. The fresh water tastes good and is filtered however not as good as bottled spring water. Other things to noteWhile this is an older unit everything works perfectly. Unit comes with instructions manual making it easy to use everything and get the most out of your experience!Microwave and power outlets only work when the trailer is hooked to utilietes. You can run the generator for per agreed time frame only. (Generators are extremely expensive to replace and repair and can be damaged by ruining for long periods of a time furring individual intervals).NO smoking or marijuana allowed in the trailer if it is discovered campers smoke
