“Dixie” is a throwback to the fun and simplicity of the 1950's. Don't let her retro look fool you though, she has all the amenities for a hassle-free camping trip regardless of the weather. Indoor and outdoor speakers provide seamless entertainment outside and in, and the outdoor lighting and power awning add to your camping space. Dixie combines the best of both worlds in a light-hearted way that is sure to make you smile!Don't have a truck to tow with? No problem with Dixie, she is light and nimble and can be towed with an SUV or even a mini-van (please check your own towing capacity to ensure you are within towing limits - minimum 5000lb towing capacity required). She also has a power hitch so no endless winding up and down to get her hitched up perfectly. You will need an electronic brake controller.Rentals are available for 2 nights to weekly.***Note*** The default times in the system DO NOT reflect actual available departure and return times. These will vary depending on weekday and weekend days. In general, weekday pick-up and drop-off will be at 7:00 p.m. Sunday pick-up and drop-off times will be 2:00 p.m. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip and travel times.What's includedKitchen: Cookware, Dishes for 4, linens (dish cloths, scrubbers, small towels)

There is a $150 dumping fee for any returns with liquids in those tanks.DELIVERY FEES: The delivery fee is the greater of $150 (minimum charge) or total cost based on round trip mileage and time for delivery and pick-up. Mileage is charged @ $.50/km and time @ $35/hour round trip. Currently, delivery is only available for weekend drop-off and pick-up times. Deliveries within short radius of Homebase may be available during the week on a case by case basis and dependent on work schedule.Please ensure you have a 7-pin connector and brake controller. Trailer will not go out without these in place.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Please plan on weekday pick-up and drop-off at 6:30 p.m. I work full-time and cannot accommodate daytime schedules during the week. Saturdays are flexible and Sunday pick-up and drop-off times are between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If I have some flexibility in my schedule I will do my best to accommodate alternate times, however that is not guaranteed so please work this into your trip planning.
