This 2014 Forest River is just the right size for a small family, or an addition to your camping trip. Can be pulled behind almost any small suv or Van, and sets up in about 5 minutes! Sleeps 4, and will fit into any size camp spot you want to get in to. If you are traveling with more people, ask me about an additional tent or two. If you don’t have a tow vehicle, no problem, I can make that happen for you as well!What's includedFresh linens, towels, flatware and silverware, pots and pans, grill, 2 full tanks of propane, solar panel, porta potty, outdoor shower with curtain/stallRecommendationsI recommend staying at campgrounds that have bathroom and shower amenities... although this camper has an outdoor shower, and porta potty, it is often nicer to just shower in a large bathroom.Other things to noteNo smoking, no pets, be sure to check the set up and breakdown checklist to be sure nothing was forgotten. The Trailer is handed off to each renter 100% CLEAN & SANITIZED.... We provide all cleaning materials required for the trailer to come back clean. We do a complete deep clean and sanitization between renters. If trailer does not come back clean you will be charged $150 for Cleaning Fee.
