Like the fabulous kitchen complete with 2 burner gas range, microwave, large capacity 11 CU FT refrigerator w/ freezer, and farmhouse sink w/ high rise faucet. If you prefer cooking outside, then you will love the outdoor kitchen with slide out flattop griddle and mini fridge.The U-shaped dinette with panoramic window makes you feel like you're in the middle of nature even when inside. For even more seating, the unique front queen bed flips up during the day providing an instant sofa underneath. And with a flatscreen TV to boot, not even a rainy day will be able to spoil your camping fun!Then you have the convenience of your own bathroom with shower and when it finally comes time to sleep, in addition to the queen bed up front, the rear bunkhouse gives you double over double bunks! And if you need even more sleeping space, the dinette converts to easily sleep 2 more.No matter what the weather is outside, you’ll be able to sleep in comfort with the 13.5K BTU A/C and thermostat controlled 20K BTU furnace whenever needed. When you’re ready to party, there is a portable Bluetooth speaker waiting to take your playlist outdoors around the campfire.Outside you will find a large 14’ power retractable awning and an outdoor shower to wash off any dirty toes. Unlimited use of propane also included for free. You and your family are almost guaranteed to make memories that will last a lifetime with all the fun you are going to have camping!!Although we have not yet rented out this particular camper as it has just now been listed for the very first time, we have rented our other two campers 30+ times and never received less than a 5-star review so far! :-)What's includedWe keep the kitchen cabinets fully stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc but if you would prefer, we can instead have the cabinets empty for you so you have maximum storage space for all of your own gear. Just let us know which you prefer.As a result of COVID, we have been allowing all renters to supply their own linens, towels, etc. But please let us know if this will be a problem for you.The generator is an optional add-on. If selected, it includes unlimited usage for the duration of your trip.It is our goal to make sure we do everything possible to ensure that this is one of the most incredibly fun and memorable experiences ever for you and your family!!RecommendationsWith the way last summer got fully booked so quickly and campgrounds already starting to fill up for this summer, please consider making your reservations early this year while you still have the most available options. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have or for any recommendations, or special requests if you are trying to plan a family celebration, birthday, anniversary, etc.Other things to note■ Ball size for hitch is 2 5/16", but hitch can be supplied at no extra cost if needed.■ Your vehicle needs a 7-pin connector or a 4-pin to 7-pin adapter.■ If your vehicle doesn't already have a trailer brake controller, we can supply a Curt Echo mobile brake controller for no additional cost.It is our hope by offering an extensive selection of add-ons, you’ll be able to select only those that fit the needs of your family and your specific adventure ahead, saving you the cost of us having to include all of the extras with every rental and having to charge a higher nightly rate even when they may never get used. So please feel free to customize your package just the way you want and PLEASE let us know if you have any special requests which may not be listed here. We are truly blessed to have gotten to meet so many wonderful families while renting out our RV's the past two years, but we’ve realized we simply cannot keep up any longer with renting 3 campers with both of us back to work full-time onsite now. So sadly we are looking to sell all 3.
