This trailer is a nice unit all brand new. Even has a rain forest shower head that was installed for added comfort for you and your family. You will enjoy all the luxury in this RV as if you were staying at your own house. It does have an outside shower for those times where you are at the beach and have some extra sand to get off before entering your rv. You will not be disappointed in this unit. We used to rv full time but, now we only use it part time. This unit was picked due to the room and comfort it offers you and your family. What's includedAll the hoses, chairs and linens you will need to make your trip successful. Other things to noteNo cats are allowed only dogs. If your not sure about something just ask the question.
