The trailer almost makes a beautiful quest house when you in need of an extra room.What's included The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, dish towels and clothes, under the sink are some cleaners.
We have also provided a large rug.
for your outdoor comfort and a solar panel for extra battery support.Other things to note2 Propane are full and need to be returned full or there is a 40 dollar charge per tank.The gray water and black water tanks are empty

5.0Heather and Al were a pleasure to deal with. Their prompt responses and clear instructions greatly enhanced our trip. The RV was clean and well-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and essentials like special toilet paper for the RV toilet and black tank. Their thorough orientation, which lasted under an hour, covered everything we needed to know about setting up, driving, and packing out the RV. Returning the RV was straightforward, especially since we took care to clean it thoroughly. We didn't face any major issues; the few minor ones involved basic RV knowledge, such as anticipating when the battery might die, understanding when the furnace will shut off, or turning up the water heater for about 25 minutes before hot water flows. I appreciated that, at the end of our trip, they asked for feedback on how to improve for future reservations. We've already booked with them again for June and highly recommend them.

5.0Heather and Al are amazing hosts, the trailer was well prepared and they walked through everything with us on pick up and even had a manual made up to assist with any set up needs. Had a fabulous trip, very comfortable, had everything we needed. It was the perfect trailer for what we needed and we would rent it again in a heartbeat.
