Well-maintained, easy to drive RV

The RV, often called Minnie Winnie or Betsy, is well-maintained, clean, and surprisingly easy to drive. Its comfortable interior, equipped with a slide-out and full amenities, makes it suitable for families and long trips.

Had an amazing two week trip with two adults and two kids in the RV down the Oregon coast. It was a perfect trip in a great rig, easy to drive, easy to park, and easy to set up each night. This was our first time in an RV but Christian took time to explain everything we needed to know and sent us off on our adventure with confidence. There was plenty of space for all four of us, and all of our equipment and gear, though we didn’t need much since so much was included in the rental. This was plush camping with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Would rent from this host again. Highly recommend.

The Minnie Winnie provided us an unforgettable family trip of the PNW for 2 weeks with a toddler and infant in tow. But most notable of our first time RV experience was how awesome Christian the host was. From the beginning he shared suggested spots (which we took him up on many) and answered my numerous questions. During the trip, if we hit a snafu Christian was available to help trouble shoot. Highly recommend renting Christian’s Minnie Winnie for your RV adventures.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Pick up Time is 3pm on the start-date, Return time is 11am on return-date. We are flexible on these times if there is not a rental returning or departing within 24 hours as we need time to clean, disinfect and prep for the next trip.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

RV is 11 Feet 6 inches tall RV is 8 Feet 6 inches wide RV is 25 Feet long This RV is super simple to operate and drives like a van. It is small enough to camp in most Forest Service campgrounds however you need to be aware of low hanging branches and avoid them at all costs. Always have someone outside watching narrow corridors or when backing up.

Q.

How do you camp Off-Grid with the RV?

A.

Camping Off-Grid is easy: Batteries Charge when vehicle is running. They also charge when vehicle is plugged in or Generator is running. You can expect to get a minimum of 2 days/nights on the cabin batteries without charging, making Off-Grid camping (No Hookups) a great option! There are 30 gallons of Fresh Water and 35 Gallons of Grey and 35 Gallons of Black Water storage which also makes Off-Grid camping pleasant.

We have lived in the Northwest all of our lives. We grew up camping and our family joined Thousand Trails in 1976 which made camping super easy and cheap to do while growing up. Our Favorite trip was to Colorado, Utah and Idaho in November. We were able to enjoy Arches National Park (Our Kids called it "Radiator Springs" after their favorite movie Cars), Canyon Lands National Park, and Bryce Canyon along with Hot Springs Pools in Glenwood Springs, CO and Lava Hot Springs, ID. The kids loved the Museum of Natural Curiosity at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, UT. We have also made some amazing memories along the Washington (Olympic Peninsula is a Must) and Oregon Coasts with favorites being Neah Bay (Don't Miss the trail to Cape Flattery and the day trip to Shi Shi Beach) Westport (Walk or Bike from the Grays Harbor Lighthouse into Town along the ocean front trail), Fort Stevens (Explore the WWII Bunkers) to name just a few.
