Review summary
Highly Responsive and Accommodating Service
The host team, including Brent and Troy, consistently provides prompt, attentive communication and helpful assistance, often accommodating schedule changes and delivering on time with comprehensive setup at Fort Wilderness. Some guests noted a lack of follow-up on issues like sewer odors or smoke smell.
Spacious Comfort with Maintenance Issues
The 'Bunkhouse' RV is generally clean, spacious, and comfortable, accommodating families well and often delivered ready with AC. However, guests frequently reported recurring sewage odors, some dirty surfaces, broken blinds, and missing items like brooms or kitchen accessories, suggesting inconsistent maintenance.

5.0Great communication and kindness by company even when problems arose. Very helpful and quick responses when needed. Clean RV as well. We have used Escape RV rental before and will continue to use company in the future.

5.0Everything worked out nicely. From booking the reservation to checking out was a smooth experience. It would be nice to have a choice of a smaller camper for party of 2 to 4. If you do have a smaller camper we would love to rent one in April of 2027.

4.0We absolutely loved the RV and having it set up before our arrival. We did have a strong sewage smell when we used the water to wash dishes or clothes. We were actively avoiding that since we were next to the campground bathrooms. So it was from something other than us. I’m assuming that the campers system needs to be cleaned out.
