This 32" camper is set up and ready to go, just pack your clothes, food, and toiletries and we will take care of the rest. Need to bring your family pet, no worries, just reach out to us and click the add on. Need it delivered, no stress we can work around both our schedules to figure out the best option (delivery not guaranteed on Insta Book). If you are not needing delivery, pick up and drop off times can be flexible.
There is plenty of sleeping options including a new queen-sized mattress in the bedroom, the couch folds out into a bed, the dinning table also converts to a bed, and there is an oversized bottom bunk (the top bunk was removed to provide more headroom when sleeping). There is a pack and play as well as a camp chair style high chair included.
If you are wanting to run the ac and microwave you will need to add the generator however, we do not have a limit on the hours it is ran, we just ask it returns with a full tank of gas (it will be full upon pickup). A remote for the generator will be provided, if it is lost or damaged there will be a fee of $200 to replace.
There are 3 fire exits, two doors, and one slide out. There is a shower head outside the camper, but no privacy setup.
We ask that all dirty towels be kept in laundry bag provided, then put in the bathtub when returning the camper. Please do not put wet towels on the furniture.
If you are picking up you will need a 2 5/16 ball. There will be an additional $50 fee to fill up propane tanks, and empty the grey and black tanks if not done before returning to owner. What's included• Hangers, cubbies for clothing storage

I personally have lived in the Gila Valley for just over 5 years. My husband has been here pretty much his whole life. Our family loves to be outdoors, weather it is to hunt, fish, or just camp and hangout. We have enjoyed the time we get to spend in our home away from home camper and thought we could share the experience with others that may not have the means.
