This Custom made camper sits on a Harbor Frieght trailer, which can hold up to 1950 Lbs, it has high clearance for any larger obstacles. It comes with a Fantastic Fan, skylight, slide out Lifetime cooler, roofrack with rooftop space, a solar panel and large marine battery, and a fully furnished kitchen with a beautiful shedua countertop. It also includes an instant water heater with 7 gallon water storage (with second tank for additional storage), inverter, exterior jerry can, exterior ladder, and plans for a 270 degree awning, more exterior storage, and much more! (Discounts FOR Second Time Renters!).What's includedThis awesome little camper is custom made with a fully stocked galley kitchen and a spacious slide-out Lifetime cooler that can fit food for days at a time. Equipped with a handmade waterproof Shedua countertop with an epoxy finish, a 7 gallon water tank (with a spare as well), which can be attached to a propane water heater for instant hot water. In the front toolbox resides a marine deep cycle battery, and with the help of the 100 watt solar panel located on the roof, we have yet to have yet to run out of power. We have run all basic electrical function for weeks without any sunlight and it still never ran out of charge. There is a custom roof rack on top, and with some straps, allows for a ton of rooftop storage. Within the cabin is a custom cut bed (now about the size of a full) that 2 can comfortably sleep in with 1 or 2 furry friends. 2 cabinets from the kitchen are accessible from the back as well as additional shelves, giving plenty of storage. On the ceiling of the cabin is a skylight that gives great views of the famously beautiful Arizona night sky. When you want to keep out the sun, there is a custom made skylight shade and and Ikea roller blinds for the 2 windows. The Fantastic Fan moves a ton of air for a comparatively small space than an RV, which is what the fans are made for. So there should be no issues keeping cool. With the accompanying buddy heater, we have never had any issues keeping warm when it's cold out either. There are exterior flood lights and 9 volt outlets on the interior as well as exterior, and a 1500 watt inverter in the pass through cabinet which can be used to power laptops, electric water kettles, and any other larger power draw electronics.RecommendationsThere are awesome campgrounds and dispersed camping on Mt. Lemmon, Red Rock, and Madera Canyon. With awesome caves like Onyx Cave and Cave of the Bells, where you can camp nearby in Spencer Canyon. There are the many lakes of Arizona like Patagonia and Rose Canyon, but also the Salt River up in Phoenix. We have personally camped in almost all of these places with camper and that why I recommend them so highly.Other things to noteAny damage to the trailer caused by the renter will be paid using the security deposit, but I'm always willing to hear your side. Dogs and pets are all allowed provided can clean up any messes they may have in the trailer. If you must smoke, please do so outside of the trailer. Some welcome snacks and beverages will be provided, so have fun out there!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

The trailer is super light and can be attached to very low-load bearing vehicles, so anybody can tow it, and it feels like it's not even there! All set up and take down is very easy, so really it should all set up without a hitch! (No pun intended!)
