Our family-owned adventure company provides a unique vacation rental service that allows you to experience the beauty of nature while still having the comforts of home. Our custom-built schoolie provides the perfect balance of modern amenities and outdoor exploration, allowing you to get the most out of seeing the world and having the freedom to explore.The size of Mint is really convenient for travelling into and parking in smaller spaces while still feeling completely open and roomy inside for you and your guests. It features 2 convertible extra long beds for our taller travellers, Mint sleeps 4 comfortably. Included is a mini fridge, custom chevron butcher block kitchen counter and dining table, double burner gas stove and large farmhouse sink, indoor/outdoor shower.The rental also incudes your outdoor rugs and cushions, dining table, camping stools/chairs to ensure seamless indoor/outdoor living for your adventuresEverything so see built of wood in the bus (ie kitchen cabinets, counters, tables, bench seating, shelving, shower privacy wall) were all made by hand by us and customized to make your stay as enjoyable and seamless as possible. Our whole build was handcrafted using mostly birch wood with acacia butcher block counters.Our battery to generator system allows guests to use power through the night when dry camping and will kick over to generator power when the battery is getting low. A/C and heat unit is included.What's includedFresh, clean linens, , duvet, sleeping pillows, bath towels, tea towels and dishcloths are provided with every stay.All dishes, cookware, utensils, serving dishes, gold stainless cutlery, 4 x camping stools, 4 x camping chairs, camping table, and outdoor rugs are included. All dishes and serving dishes are either toxin, BPA free materials or stainless.Pick up location is 20 minutes from airport. Our family of four (two kids aged 7 and 5) spent a few nights on Pender Island over Spring Break. The bus was so setup with everything we needed. Catching the ferry was easy and our kids loved how they could just grab a snack from the kitchen when we they felt like it during the trip! The weather was pretty chilly so we brought our camping sleeping bags and Christine did provide some additional cosy blankets for us. The bus also had a ceramic heater which worked well to warm up the air in the early mornings. We loved being able to pull up to some gorgeous beach spots and be there for the day. Have some icy ocean swims and enjoy a quick hot shower to warm up! This is definitely something we would do again, but perhaps when it’s less rainy (summer would be ideal)! We had two days of sunshine and on those days the bus really came into its own! Thank you for sharing your beautifully appointed Mint bus with us! It was such an adventure!

We had such an incredible experience with Minty! Everything you need for camping was included and the binder was fantastic for breaking down the how-to's on how it all worked. Hosts were also incredibly helpful and responsive with questions when we had them! Would definitely recommend this fantastic bus on your next adventure!

Great van for a road trip! It’s very comfortable for 3 people (and even 4) and the many windows make it amazing to enjoy the scenery. We recommend booking campsites with electricity when possible, but if not, Christine provides a generator. The bus is fully equipped with everything you need, and communication with Christine was always clear, easy, and friendly.

We absolutely loved our time with the Mint RV! From the moment we picked it up, everything was smooth and stress-free. It was comfortable, easy to drive, and had so many windows that we felt connected to the gorgeous scenery the entire trip. Inside, it was stocked with everything we needed to camp—just pack your clothes and food and you’re ready to go. Christine was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind—making the whole experience even better. Everywhere we stopped, people complimented the Mint RV’s style and charm. It truly made the journey feel special. Leena and I made incredible memories and can’t wait to book it again next summer. Highly recommend!

Christine is a fantastic host: easygoing, friendly, and very accommodating. She was very responsive and clearly put a lot of care and love into the bus. The vehicle itself was cozy and perfect for our needs: easy to drive and fully equipped. The only downside is that it’s a bit heavy on fuel, which is likely expected for a build like this. I would absolutely book it again without hesitation! Thank you, Christine!
