The good: Ryan was quick to answer all of our many questions and was accommodating in the timing of the trailer delivery and pickup. He masterfully positioned the trailer in an ideal spot between a house and nearby trees to provide shade. The trailer was in good working order and was a great size and layout for our family vacation. The master bed was comfy enough and the bunkhouse in the back was a perfect separate space for the kids at night. The A/C worked and kept us cool on the hottest days of the summer! The Bad: Ants seemed to make their home in all of the cupboards and dark spaces. We had to keep our dry food in locked bins to avoid contamination. Also the smell. The trailer had not been aired out since winter and was musty. The smell improved as we ran the A/C and kept windows open for the first day and night, but if you’re sensitive to smells it could be a problem. The Ugly: Dirty- I had to clean everything. Cobwebs, dust on all surfaces. The kitchen table took multiple tubs of black water and Lysol wipes, to the point that we never actually got it clean. He said there would be hand soap etc but couldn’t find it in the unorganized mess of the cupboards. Between the ants, the dust/grime/dirt on everything, we didn’t feel comfortable using any of the supplies and ended up eating on paper plates and doing all of our cooking at a neighbours. Overall: great trailer, great host, but needs to be deep cleaned and organized

RV a little tired (trim stripping off, bunk mattresses flat). Communication and support from owneer first rate.
