1.0to say that im disappointed in this experience would be an major understatement! If I could give mark zero stairs I would. this was are fist time using outdoorsy and this whole experience has put a bitter taste in are mouth. we went on a week long vacation in a place that is way cooler, more rainy then it is in the valley and we wanted something that would keep are 1 year old son warm instead of a tent and to say we pretty much paid $1800 for a hard shell tent. the furnace doesnt work, the ceiling leaks when it rains, the deck doesnt come with the fencing unless asked for it at pick up but isnt specified in the description to ask for it so we totally thought we would have some space for the kiddo to run around and he couldn't, the generator was out of gas, the fridge stopped working thank god we went with a group that could store are food for a week and keep are son warm, the black tank claims its full come to find out the sensor is broken so we couldn't even use the bathroom half way through the trip, he did come up to try to fix the issues but ended up blowing fuses which then used my husband grandpa's fuses to fix his trailer, wired the batteries wrong and we had to fix that as well and he used are tools to fix his mistakes. the table and chairs are unstable, the beds feel like you are literally laying on plywood, with a fitted sheet around it. Just an FYI for anyone who wants to rent this trailer with a generator dont because it doesnt work for his trailer he has it only sent up to run with solar panels so if you plan on going anywhere that isnt sunny 100% of the time expect for a rough ride. if you think that he will work with you on any issues that you have he only tells you what you want to hear but hes only in this for the money he has no intentions to make things right!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are pretty flexible with picking and and dropping off. Usually we can accommodate the request.
Q.
Do I need a generator?
A.
We recently had solars panels installed allowing for a better dry camping experience. The only reason you would need a generator is to run the AC.
