2016 Forest River Georgetown

Just like the prior review states, Raja is a scam artist looking to try and make a quick buck on unsuspecting good people. I rented the RV from Raja, who on the cover appeared like a good person. The RV itself is in great condition, practically new. However cleanliness only can go so far when the RV is mechanically not maintained in the same way. The RV had numerous electrical problems throughout my families trip. The air conditioners were not working at full strength and sometimes not working at all. The generator would cut out while driving. When I attempted to contact Raja for guidance since he is the owner, I would get no response or assistance. Returning home, we had a minor brush up against a tree, while understanding that it is Raja's RV, his overreaction to this was disturbing. He then attempted to put blame on me for other things he was seeing wrong, such as the caulking used to seal the coach, it was discolored from wear and being exposed to the elements, somehow he wanted that to be my fault. My wife and I returned the RV in immaculate condition, the inside you could eat off the floor, Raja even commented at the post inspection how clean it was. Weeks later he took $200 from my security and claimed it was a cash payment made to his cleaning lady cause we left the coach dirty. Thankfully Outdoorsy assisted me and found his claims to not be truthful and returned the deposit. I would suggest anyone looking at this coach to find another one or seriously document with photographs every part of the coach upon picking it up from Raja and doing the same on return. He is not an honest individual and because of hardships he is facing with his professional life using this RV as a quick way to make a buck or extra buck on unsuspecting people.

Raja is a scam artist. He lies. Our generator didnt work. There was no oil. when we returned the Rv - he said everything was fine... we signed papers on it and now hes charging us $400.00 EXTRA DOLLARS. do NOT rent your rv from this man. He is a liar. Scam artist!

Great RV, great owner. We were pleased with this vehicle and with the owner. He worked with us to make the trip great. We did have a mechanical issue, but it was just bad luck, a piece of equipment failing prematurely. Impossible to foresee. He worked with us through that to be sure we still had a great vacation. We are frequent renters, and my wife is often concerned about cleanliness. She brings a bog of cleaning supplies for the first day. Those supplies stayed in their box. The RV was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Raja was waiting when we pulled in and gave a good walk-through of all the systems with good tips and explanations. Very smooth transition. Overall, happy with Raja and the unit. We would gladly rent from him again.
