Responsive and supportive host
Bethany is praised for being very responsive, helpful with issues, and maintaining excellent communication. She and her husband ensure on-time delivery/pickup and provide a useful orientation.
Spacious but inconsistent cleanliness
The trailer offers a spacious, family-friendly floor plan with a pull-out bed and comes equipped with essentials like chairs and a rug. However, one recent guest reported a bad odor and unclean kitchens upon delivery.

3.0Delivered and picked up at agreed upon times. Main negatives were that upon delivery the camper smelled awful as it was dumped minutes before delivery inside our campground. Besides the smell it was clear the kitchen inside had not been cleaned/wiped down well along with outdoor kitchen. We had to clean the kitchen to start the trip and before unpacking. Took a couple hours for smell to go away. This put a damper on the start of the rental and questioned cleanliness of the dishes and appliances. Overall the camper functioned well for our family and we left it cleaner than we received it. Would have rated a 4/5 had delivery experience/cleanliness been better.
