2018 Jayco Redhawk
Bought in Idaho (flew family there and drove home to CA), now at 9700 miles and still no issues. Floor plan is great, easy to drive, 10-11 mpg. All motorhomes have issues (it’s a rolling house) no matter who builds them, or what you pay. Our Redhawk has had little to no problems besides minor adjustments. This has been a great motorhome with very few issues.

This unit is a very good value and worked out well for our short staycation. James was very flexible and good to work with. A few small issues but James is working to correct them.

James was very nice to work with .... the RV was exactly as described, and ran perfectly the entire trip .... it was a very enjoyable trip in this RV .... Thanks

1. Missing latch on screen door, had to close both doors
2. Shower sliding mechanism on bottom needed screw, recommended that we used campground showers; purchased shower curtains from Walmart ($8)
3. Water hose for fresh water would not fit, went to RV parts store and purchased a water regulator to connect hose to RV ($13)
4. Purchased an L bracket adapter for sewer hose, wasn’t provided by James ($10) - (double check on this, he may actually have one)
5. No ladder for overhead bunk; difficult to get on.
6. Instruction manual lacked detail
7. Ac plugs weren’t working from the beginning of the trip, had to go to fuse box and reset
8. Black and gray tank gauges not working
9. Master bedroom curtain not working, no separation between master and rest of RV
10. Awning not working (told us day of)
11. When checking us in and giving us the keys to the RV, owner exited vehicle, smoking cigarette while carrying outdoorsy paperwork, was not following CDC guidelines in regards to physical distancing and mouth covering

James RV was great for our family of five. Updated and clean! Enough room to sleep comfortably, all the dishes and pots you need and even a Keurig and a table cloth. We had a blast!
