Had damaged side that was fully repaired and with that repair came a recent renovation for new paint and a new radio. Cargo bay is 7' 6" tall by 7" 8" wide by 12' deep and that fits my 2016 Honda Pioneer that is lifted 3 inches and on 30 inch tires no problem. Also has cabinets back there and garage lights. Also works great to put dogs in or we have even had friends that didn't want to sleep in their car/tent so they threw their cots and sleeping bags back there! Normally only sleeps 4 but if using the garage I'd say 6 super comfortably. The kitchen includes a stove (have to light the pilot light for the oven), microwave, and a sink. Also the fridge/freezer works off Propane or Electric. I will fill it with well water and it has a hot water heater but it does also have water hookups. Bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. What's includedI include my 3500w generator. Also can include my pen I have for my dogs (very easy to setup; featured in the cover photo).RecommendationsThis is one of the first toy haulers and is heavy. You will want a 1 Ton truck to pull it (F350 or equivalent).Other things to noteReally just no smoking inside and don't let pets scratch up anything.
